OUR PROCESS

Initial Consultation

The first step is to meet at the project site and listen to our clients’ vision for the property. We see our role as a helpful sounding board for design possibilities and ultimately to create a design that fits your specific preferences and lifestyle.

Conceptual Design

After some initial direction, we begin creating a conceptual plan. We use a detailed site analysis to account for all the elements of the property including drainage, irrigation, sun/shade, etc. Once we have a high-level design, we meet with the client to gather feedback on the concept and discuss budget considerations. 

Construction Plans

After further feedback, we make any changes desired and work to finalize the landscape plan including plantings, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, etc. We then meet with the client to present the final plan and investment details of the project. Once approved, it is handed over to our Construction Team.
